#ARoofingTreat LLC, organized in North Carolina, March 2019, and based out of #CharlotteNC, received its certified dealership status with #RoofMaxx in Mid-May 2019 and is now treating clients’ roofs.
The company was founded by Anthony Treat (President), Anthony’s wife Janice Treat (Secretary/Treasurer) and their son Ryan Treat (Vice-President) to fill a niche in the roofing market.
A Roofing Treat LLC owners Anthony, Janice and Ryan Treat are excited to be a part of a relatively new product (Roof Maxx) to the housing maintenance market. Roof Maxx is an #allnatural (soy-based) treatment that extends the service-life of asphalt shingles by 5 years (per treatment) and is backed by a 5-year transferable #warranty.
Anthony brings logistics and #propertymanagement experience, from his last 5 years of serving a non-profit organization in South Africa managing all aspects of their owned & rented properties and vehicle fleet in the southern region of Africa, in handling the overall management of this company.
Janice brings her last 5 year of finance team experience, as well as about 25 years of asset management with Coca-Cola’s largest North American bottler based in Charlotte, in handling the administrative side of the business.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Ryan brings a broad experience of small business operations, both service and tech-based, as well as an extensive background in customer service, equipment maintenance and operations management.

We offer free roof inspections, minor tune-up work, and an environmentally safe treatment solution that will extend the life of roof shingles.
